The Position

We are a manufacturer and distributor of Beauty & Bodycare Products based in Slough looking for great talent to build on the success of the Hydréa London brand, an established small B2B retailer.  Ideally, you will already be working within the E-commerce sector and be looking for a new challenge. As an e-commerce specialist, you will be working closely with the Sales Manager, shaping, and developing the ecommerce strategy of the business, while maintaining and expanding our current e-commerce offering. This is an excellent opportunity to influence the ecommerce channel of the business as well as join a growing team.

Role & Responsibilities

Amazon Seller Central

  • Manage and optimise Amazon Seller Central Platform operations, including inventory management, product listings and promotions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enter new Amazon Marketplaces worldwide, ensuring all local regulations are adhered to whilst driving sales growth.
  • Effectively leverage the tools and processes within Amazon Seller Central, optimizing them to create A+ Content & Brand Store.
  • Regularly analyse key KPIs, adapting strategies in response to competitor actions to maintain an edge in the market.
  • Stay updated with amazon’s policies and regulations to ensure compliance and minimise risk.

Additional E-Commerce Responsibilities 

  • Analysing data and trends to identify opportunities and implement strategic plans across multi-platform E-commerce to maximise sales.
  • Regularly Track & Analyse Competitor Actions on different E-commerce platforms and adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Continuously update and meticulously maintain all e-commerce listings across various platforms, including the company’s website, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and optimal presentation of products.
  • Strategically extend our product offerings to additional e-commerce platforms such as and Ebay, broadening market reach and increasing sales and brand visibility.
  • Develop compelling and engaging product content for publication across all e-commerce websites and portals, coupled with the effective management of advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the purchasing and sales manager to generate and provide current, relevant content for distribution across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with our marketing strategy.
  • Regularly track fluctuations in product sales utilizing web analytics tools and Excel spreadsheets, employing features like pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, to maintain systematic organization and data-driven insights.
  • Offer expertise and assistance in various facets of Media Marketing, encompassing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, Email Marketing strategies, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Keyword Research, Google Analytics, enhancing Website User Experience (UX), and managing Paid Social Media initiatives.


  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central
  • Excellent technical knowledge across a broad range of e-commerce platforms
  • Profound expertise of the e-commerce landscape, industry & consumer trends, marketing strategy and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work individually and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Innovative, pro-active thinker, constantly seeking new e-commerce strategies and approaches to optimise sales performance.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Fluency in English is essential.

Work Hours: Permanent Full Time

  • Monday to Thursday from 8:00am – 5:00pm & Friday: 8:30am – 14.30pm
  • Hybrid Working – Minimum of 1-2 days Per Week in the Slough Office
