Throughout this difficult time we’ve been through of having to stay at home and be away from loved ones, it can take a toll on your physical and mental health. Being stuck in the same place and feeling lonely can really affect a person and we can all relate and understand how tough it has been. We’re all in this together.

However, there are ways that you can help yourself at home, to take care of yourself. Taking care of yourself is always important but especially during lockdown. Here are some simple steps that you can take to help yourself:

– Stay connected – Talk to your friends and family on phone and video call, and meet up with a few loved ones at a safe distance and talk.

– Stay active – Staying active is a great way to boost your mood and help your wellbeing.

– Take time out to focus your mind – Make sure that you take breaks from time to time to do things you enjoy, or even take some time to meditate. It’s amazing what it can do!
